Each model in the Precision Monitor line presents exceptional spatial sound-staging, recovering the lowest level hall reverberation detail, the hallmark of true high-resolution monitors. Flat frequency response and phase linear time and transient behavior deliver an accurate rendition of all the crucial elements that go into a recording. By directly transferring the crossover topology and high-current parts of SAGA into PM3, we have achieved a standard of low frequency reproduction never before attained in a loudspeaker of this size. The impedance is absolutely flat below 200 Hz, deviating less than +/- .1 (1/10) ohm. No transducer in the world can claim such accurate and efficient utilization of amplifier energy. The result is powerful impactive sound pressure with no phase errors or energy storage. Midrange clarity is open and focused, with high frequencies fully integrated into the overall sonic structure.
